We process personal data that you send us via the contact form or in the course of an engagement exclusively to handle your enquiry and to perform the engagement. Engagement data is subject to statutory confidentiality (Art. 730b CO) and is retained for the statutory retention period of ten years.

The website uses no cookies and no analytics or advertising services. We serve fonts and images ourselves.

The website is hosted on servers in Switzerland (Infomaniak, Geneva). Requests reach it via the network of Cloudflare, Inc. (USA); in the process, technically necessary data such as the IP address and the time of the request are processed.

We send enquiries from the contact form to our mailbox via the e-mail service Resend (Resend, Inc., USA; processing in the EU). We do not store them on the web server.

You have the right of access, rectification and erasure under the Swiss Data Protection Act (FADP).
